PlayMyLegacy.com and its associated products (“Services”) are brought to you by SO Fun City, LLC (“us”, “we”, “our”, “Company”). Your access and use of the Services indicates your consent to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Any lawsuit arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively before the United States District Court located in New York, NY, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court.
